Who we are
This website presents Network Tool, network monitoring software that runs on its customers’ own servers. The software itself is not covered here: it stores its data on your server, and we have no access to it.
What the contact form collects
When you send the demo request form, we receive your name, company, work e-mail address, the device-count range you chose, the edition you are interested in and your message.
We use these details only to answer your request: to arrange a demo and to send you a quote. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, which forwards it to our mailbox by e-mail. The website is served by a static hosting provider, which may keep standard access logs such as IP addresses for security.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) so the next page opens the same way. It never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your request, and delete them when you ask.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. Send the request through the contact form and we will answer it.
