This notice is for the website at networktool.duckdns.org. The Network Tool software itself runs on the customer’s own server; the network data it processes is outside this notice, and the Company has no access to it.

When you send the demo request form: your name, your company’s name, your work e-mail address, the device-count range you chose, the edition you are interested in, and your message.

When you visit the website: your IP address, the time of the visit and your browser, in the server’s access logs, for security and for a limited time.

To answer your demo request and arrange a call; to prepare a quote for your device count; to communicate with you about it; to keep the website secure and running; and to meet our legal obligations.

Your personal data is processed on the grounds in article 5 of the KVKK: processing that is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (your demo and quote request); the legitimate interest of the data controller (the security of the website); and, for the transfer abroad through the form service provider, your explicit consent.

Through the demo request form on this website, and automatically while you access the website, by electronic means.

The form is delivered to our mailbox through the form service provider Web3Forms, whose servers are abroad; that transfer rests on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form. Your data may also be shared with our e-mail service provider and, where the law requires it, with authorised public bodies. It is not passed to third parties for advertising and is not sold.

Form data is kept for as long as it takes to answer your request and follow it up, and is deleted earlier when you ask. Server access logs are kept for a limited time for security and then deleted.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your light or dark theme choice is kept only in your own browser and is not sent to us.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it if it is; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of article 7; to request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request, with the information that identifies you, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: by e-mail to [E-MAIL], or in writing to [ADDRESS]. We answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If your request is refused or the answer is insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
